The client and the brief
Growexa is a SaaS product that helps entrepreneurs turn a business idea into a structured business plan with financial projections.
The product team needed a technical partner to build and maintain the platform end to end, from the interface to the server. At the same time, the team needed to be able to change AI scenarios and questionnaires itself, without developers.
What we did
- The platform’s front end and back end.
- AI forms: a form calls OpenAI and Claude models through the API and suggests answer options for its fields. The Growexa team edits the prompts in the admin panel.
- Questionnaires and tests that the team edits in the admin panel.
- Financial calculations based on the client’s own methodology.
- Integrations: sync with Google services and email campaigns in Mailchimp.
- Server, security, and speed: server setup, protection, and load-time tuning.
The result
We have been developing and supporting the platform since 2023. The Growexa team manages questionnaires and AI prompts in the admin panel itself, while Strymba takes care of the server, security, integrations, and new features. We are not involved in the product’s SEO or advertising.

We were looking for a team to take over the entire technical side of our product, and since 2023 that team has been Strymba. They built the front end and back end, connected OpenAI and Claude so that we edit the prompts ourselves in the admin panel, and set up the Google and Mailchimp integrations, the server, and security. It matters to us that we can change scenarios without developers, and the team handles new tasks as part of the normal workflow.
